Events

Valley School events are an important part of our overall fundraising.

This year's Art Show & Auction is on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at the Fort Ligonier Center for History Education. 
Moreover, they give Valley School’s current families, alumni, and friends opportunities to get together, share experiences, and be involved in the life of our school. You can participate in events by sponsoring, donating, volunteering, or attending. We look forward to seeing you soon!

  • Valley School of Ligonier Art Show & Auction

    A wonderful evening of cuisine, cocktails, and creativity, our Art Show & Auction is a special 21-and-over event that brings our school families together in celebration of their children’s visual art achievements. Each year, the Art Show raises vital funds that support Valley School’s Fine Arts offerings. All children at Valley School contribute to the Art Show, and many art media are represented.

  • Sporting Clays Shoot

    Held in June at Highlands Sporting Clays, this event is an opportunity for our community to come together at the end of the school year to enjoy a morning of sporting clays.  

    This year's Sporting Clays Shoot will be held on Monday, June 17, 2024.

  • Friends of Valley School Golf Tournament & Auction

    Established in 2004 and held each September, Valley School’s Golf Tournament is our longest-standing and largest fundraising event. Participants take to the greens at Laurel Valley Golf Course, our region’s premier course. Designed by Dick Wilson and renovated by Arnold Palmer, Laurel Valley is a challenge for even the most experienced golfers. The day includes a gourmet luncheon and concludes with an open-air auction, cocktail party, and awards ceremony. Space is limited, so those interested should register early.
